M. Zobair HAMANI
President of the Ethics Committee
Holder of a State Engineering degree in the field of environment and holder of a postgraduate diploma in environmental management systems from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), 24 years of experience in the field of HSE, within SONATRACH, including 06 years in the TRC Activity and 18 years in senior management positions within the HSE and DG and Company Division.

M. Makhlouf YALA
Secretary of the Ethics Committee
Holder of a DES in management economics, a degree in French literature at Bouzareah University, Algiers and an Executive MBA with the MDI-business School / University of LILLE/France, 32 years of professional experience including 17 years at SONATRACH/COM Activity,04 years at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 11 years at the GSK/Algeria company level.23 years of senior management positions at GSK where he held the position of Director of Human Resources for 11 years and SONATRACH where we held the positions of Head of Department of General Resources and Procurement , then Director of General Resources for 2 years.

M. Belaid MOUZAOUI
Member of the Ethics Committee
Holder of a degree in Economic Sciences and a diploma in accounting and financial studies from the Aix-En-Provence Academy (France), 23 years of experience at SONATRACH, including 15 years in senior management positions at the level of the association group (SH-Repsol) and the Group Audit Department (Currently Audit & Risks).

M. Mohamed CHALEL
Member of the Ethics Committee
He holds a Degree in Financial Sciences and prepared a diploma in accounting and finance at the CPE with the Academy of Aix Marseille ( France), he started working at SONATRACH in 1991 where he held several positions , firstly at the DP in Hassi Messaoud (1995-2003), then senior executive at the central Management Audit Group(2003-2012) and his last position was as coordinator of holdings and affiliates audits. Then he was seconded to the Ministry of Energy and Mines in February 2012 as inspector appointed by presidential decree (May 2012) , then General Inspector ( 2020-2021), he reintegrated SONATRACH on 21/04/2023. On 04/02/2024 hz was appointed by The CEO of SONATRACH as Director of Studies , member of SONATRACH Committee of Ethics to replace Mr ALATOU Smain.
Il a été ensuite détaché auprès du Ministère de l’Energie et des Mines, en février 2012, en qualité d’Inspecteur nommé par décret présidentiel (mai 2012), puis Inspecteur Général (2020-2021). il a réintégré SONATRACH le 21/04/2023. Le 04/02/2024, il a été désigné par M. le PDG de Sonatrach Directeur d’études, membre du Comité d’Ethique SONATRACH et ce, en remplacement de M. ALATOU Smain.

Independent member: holder of a State Doctorate in Law, university lecturer, since 1976 to date. Teacher at the Higher School of Magistracy since 2000 to date. Currently teaching business law at the Algiers Business School. Expertise in public procurement law, business law, land and real estate law. Expert at the World Bank

M. Rachid ALLOUTI
independent member
Holder of a state engineering diploma in Petroleum Economy (INH Boumerdès, June 1982). Currently retired since December 1, 2020 after a rich professional career of 38 years of professional experience, including 12 years in teaching at INH (Boumerdès) and 23 years within SONATRACH occupying several senior management positions mainly within DCP Strategy Planning and Economy (SPE).
the ethical alert system
SONATRACH provides its employees and stakeholders with an alert system in order to report through dedicated and secure channels , any practice or behavior contrary to the values of ethics as defined in SONTRACH Code of Ethics.
This system guarantees the confidentiality of the collected information and provides for a protection of bonna fide whistleblowers against any form of reprisals.
