INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES ICEEAT’26
The University of Batna 2, in partnership with SONATRACH, is pleased to announce the organization of the Second International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Advanced Technologies (ICEEAT’26), which will be held at the University of Batna 2 from May 3 to May 5, 2026.
The primary objective of ICEEAT’26 is to strengthen interdisciplinary scientific cooperation and to promote innovation and technological development in the field of electrical engineering, encompassing both academic research and industrial applications.
This international conference will bring together a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including academic researchers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, representatives of leading research institutions, and industry professionals.
The scientific program will feature:

SONATRACH also invites its experts to participate in ICEEAT’26 in order to engage with international specialists, exchange expertise, share innovative ideas, and contribute to the development of future-oriented solutions in the field of electrical engineering and advanced technologies.
Papers must be written and presented in English and submitted no later than January 20, 2026, via the official ICEEAT’26 website:

The notification of acceptance will be communicated to authors on February 10, 2026.
The deadline for final paper submission is set for February 20, 2026.

To ensure the eligibility of submissions for participation in the conference, authors are requested to strictly comply with the following guidelines:
- Submission Platform: All papers must be submitted exclusively via the CMT platform: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICEEAT2026. Submissions made through the university website will not be considered.
- Format and Content: Submitted papers must fully comply with IEEE standards. Only full papers are accepted; abstract-only submissions will not be considered. Submissions in the form of posters, abstracts, or any other formats, as well as those not submitted through the CMT platform, will be deemed non-compliant and automatically rejected.
Authors are therefore kindly invited to submit their contributions in strict accordance with the above-mentioned requirements.
