SONATRACH announces the results of the national competition of engineers and technicians recruitment

SONATRACH Group in partnership with the National Employment Agency,
ANEM, announces, today, the publication of the official results of the national
open competition for the recruitment of university graduates, institutes and
academic schools to fill engineer and technician positions throughout the Group’s
different installations.

This competition which took place between 29 December 2024 and 4 January
2025, registered a record participation of 181.162 candidates, indicating the
largest recruitment campaign organized by SONATRACH over the recent years,
demonstrating the level of interest of national talents aspiring to join the Group.

The correction process was conducted according to accurate and rigorous
standards to ensure the highest levels of fairness and transparency. The
correction was preceded by an encryption process to hide the candidates
identities under the ideal organizational conditions with sufficient time allocated
to this sensitive phase. This shows the unwavering commitment of SONATRACH
to ensure credibility to the competition and asserts the principle of equal
opportunity for all applicants.

This process allowed 6000 candidates to excel and succeed in this national
competition. They will be progressively appointed throughout SONATRACH
different facilities and sites according to the recorded needs and in compliance
with the required specialities and skills.

For this purpose, SONATRACH informs all candidates that the official results are
now available on the digital platform of the National Employment Agency (ANEM).
The lists of the successful candidates have also been published in the annexes
of the local employment agencies, providing an easy access for everyone
concerned.

On this occasion, SONATRACH addresses its sincere thanks and appreciation
to all candidates for their trust and interest, and congratulates the winners of the
competition. It renews its unwavering commitment to supporting the national
talents.
