As part of the continuation of a series of bilateral meetings conducted by Mr. Rachid HACHICHI, Chairman and CEO of the SONATRACH Group, on the sidelines of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), he received today at the headquarters of the General Management a delegation from the Republic of Tanzania, led by H.E. Mr. Iman S. Ng’alikaye, Ambassador of Tanzania to Algeria, along with representatives from the Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA) and the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC).
This meeting was dedicated to examining cooperation opportunities and exchanging experiences between SONATRACH and the Tanzanian party across the different stages of the value chain in the hydrocarbon industry, while emphasizing the importance of training and skill development, considered as two essential pillars.
This meeting reflects the willingness of both parties to strengthen energy cooperation and enhance the pathways of African integration, thus allowing the exploration of new investment opportunities and the building of fruitful partnerships, serving common interests and aligned with the requirements of sustainable development at the continental level.
