Considered as the first digital platform for reporting and detecting acts of Corruption on the national scale and developed with secure standards and tools, this platform allows employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders to securely report illegal or serious illicit acts in accordance with the law and regulations in force , as well as any violation of the Company’s Anti-Corruption Policy and Code of Conduct.The “SPEAKUP” digital platform is in perfect adequacy with the requirements of the ISO 37001 standard relating to Anti-corruption Management System, as well as with the Alert Management System Guidelines of the ISO 37002 standard adopted by SONATRACH.
These standards ensure the protection of the identity of the people involved in the reports and guarantee the security of the information resulting from the denunciations, which obliges SONATRACH through its Confidentiality Charter – “Charter for Collection and Processing of Reporting & Protection of Whistleblowers” to ensure that the identity of the persons involved in the context of a denunciation is protected, in particular that of the denouncers , witnesses and alleged whistleblowers of the act of corruption and puts in place mechanisms aimed at ensuring the protection of information linked to a denunciation
