SONATRACH held, yesterday, at the Headquarters of the General Direction, its ordinary General Assembly, chaired by the Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons, Mr. Mohamed ARKAB, in the presence of its members, respectively: Mr. Abdelkrim BOUZRED, Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Lamine LEBBOU, Governor of the Bank of Algeria and Mr. Faouzi AMOKRANE, Representing the Presidency of the Republic.
Mr. Nour Eddine DAOUDI, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SONATRACH, also attended this meeting.
During this meeting, the company’s financial report for the 2025 fiscal year was presented, and its financial performance was reviewed. Then, the members of the General Assembly approved the consolidated accounts of the SONATRACH Group as well as the company’s statutory accounts in the presence of the statutory auditors.
On another front, this meeting enabled to review SONATRACH’s various accomplishments throughout the entire hydrocarbon value chain. The members of the General Assembly were also updated on the progress of SONATRACH‘s major structuring projects.
