SONATRACH and the Mauritanian Hydrocarbon company, signed, today in the capital city of Mauritania, Noukchott, an agreement of training aiming at strengthening the employees’ skills of this company in the field of management and cross-functional businesses.
The contract was signed on behalf of SONATRACH by Ms. Souad ABDALLAH, Director of SMA (SONATRACH Management Academy), and on behalf of the Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company by Mr. Taleb KHAYAR, Vice President and CEO
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ismaïl ALLATOU, executive Managet of human Resources at SONATRACH , and, Mr.Mohamed KHOUDJA Director of IAP ( ALGERIAN INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM).
The objective of this training contract is to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two companies and promote the exchange of expertise, thereby enabling the Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company to benefit from SONATRACH’s know-how and experience.
This training program, designed and adapted to the specific needs of the Mauritanian side, will offer dedicated training courses to employees of the Mauritanian Hydrocarbons Company The execution of this contract will enable the implementation of innovative and targeted training programs, designed to strengthen professional skills and boost talent development for the benefit of both parties. This contract is of particular importance, as it is part of the strategic cooperation between Algeria and Mauritania in the field of skills development and training.
