SONATRACH and the Chinese company Anton Oilfield Services Group signed, today, a Memorandum of Understanding in order to evaluate cooperation opportunities in the area of oil & gas and related services.The Memorandum of understanding was signed during a signing ceremony which took place on the side-lines of the visit to China conducted by the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of SONATRACH, Mr. Nour Eddine DAOUDI accompanied by a high-level delegation.
This Memorandum of Understanding aims at assessing the development prospects of unconventional resources, marginal deposits and EOR solutions as well as manufacturing local completion tools and equipment for natural gas.
This Cooperation promotes also the exchange of technical expertise, technology transfer and the initiatives for enhancing capacities in the oil & gas sector notably unconventional resources.
